A files server is a computer on the network that is set up for saving and storing files to, sharing files and keeps back ups of files.

IMPORTANT:
Before you can connect to the file servers, you need to know:

1. which server you are connecting to
2. your username/password combination
Your username is the same as your Email username. The password may or may not be the same.
